Dans la cuisne du chef : l'entrée du Lemonnier
Les petits cuistots du Journal des Enfants se faufilent dans les cuisines des grands chefs étoilés. Ceux-ci leur donnent les recettes du bien-manger et concoctent un menu au départ de ce qu'on aime quand on a 10 ans. En septembre, c'est Louison qui a été accueillie par Eric et Tristant Martin, père et fils, au "Lemonnier", leur restaurant étoilé de Lavaux-Sainte-Anne. A découvrir tout au long du mois de septembre, en textes et en images, dans le Journal des Enfants et sur www.lavenir.net, pour savoir comment préparer une boule de foie gras aux croutons de brioche, un filet de saumon avec des spaghettis à la crème, un steack avec des tranches de carottes garnies de mousse de petits pois, un fromage de chèvre sur un pain perdu.
